What Come Ride With Me actually does with your information.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, so a driver can contact you about your journey.
• Booking details - pickup, destination, time and passengers.
• Saved account information, if you choose to create an account (e.g. for repeat bookings and passkey login).
• Your GPS location, only when you choose “Use my location” to help set your pickup point.
• A driver's live location, temporarily, only while they are travelling to your pickup.
• Driver licence evidence, submitted by drivers for verification.
• Passkey credentials, if you set up passkey login.
• Cookies and local/session storage needed to make booking and accounts work - we don't use these for advertising.
• Fare and booking history, so you and the driver/company can see past journeys.

Driver licence evidence

Licence photos, licence numbers and expiry dates are private. They are visible only to the driver who submitted them and to CRWM for verification - never to passengers or other drivers.

Live driver location

A driver's live location is shared only for the specific journey it relates to, only while that journey needs it, and stops as soon as it no longer does.

Who sees your information

The driver or company you book with sees your name, mobile number and booking details only as needed to fulfil that booking.

CRWM does not sell your personal data.

Retention

Live driver coordinates are cleared as soon as they're no longer needed for the active journey.

Licence evidence is kept for as long as it's needed for verification and for the driver's current account.

Booking history is kept for legitimate operational and record-keeping purposes.

We don't keep GPS history beyond what's needed for the reasons above.
